Inspire: Begin positive communications and interactions with participants to spark interest and establish the benefit and value of the program, as well as to convey their ‘ownership’ in the wellness opportunity. This helps employees see wellness as a benefit offered for them, rather than as a requirement imposed on them.
Incentivize: Design an incentive plan to motivate the majority—participants may include full and part-time employees, spouses—to participate from the get-go and work toward results long term. We can create rewards for participation or for reaching pre-set goals such as cholesterol, obesity, blood pressure or smoking.
Ignite: Launch the program with only minimal required coordination or involvement from your HR team. This leaves the heavy lifting to Corporate Health Partners and lets staff members get back to the work they were hired to do.
