Sheet Pan Honey Dijon Chicken and Vegetables with brown rice
Gnocchi Skillet with Chicken Sausage and Tomatoes with roasted broccoli

Weekend Meal Prep

Make muesli
Boil tortellini and make pasta salad
Cook brown rice
Make black bean salad
Prepare chicken
Cut potatoes, onions and broccoli
