Meal Two

Grilled Flank Steak,
Grilled Corn on the Cob, Broccoli

Flank steak is leaner and more affordable than other cuts of red meat. Before serving, always slice against the grain to avoid chewy texture. Also, be sure to allow the meat to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. Use leftover steak in salads or sandwiches for lunches.

A quick and easy meal! If you have time, make the black beans from scratch but the canned version is a good option also.
