July 28, 2021, Atlanta, Ga. – Corporate Health Partners (CHP) is pleased to announce that Shelly Nelson will be joining our executive team as Regional Sales Director. Nelson comes to CHP after serving as a Business Consultant to employers nationally for the initiation of Best Practice within their organizations. Prior to that, she was at Hooper Holmes where she served as VP of sales helping the health risk assessment company expand its biometrics screenings and wellness services to better service its healthcare partners. Her 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry is a welcome addition to CHP as the company continues to advocate for a Culture of Wellness among municipal and private organizations across the nation.
In her new role, Nelson will be responsible for expanding CHP’s relationship marketing with benefits advisors and employers, especially local governments.
“Healthy culture in the work environment is paramount to me,” said Nelson. “I’ve always believed treating people well is the basis of success and after last year, my perspective has only become stronger. I’m looking forward to being a part of CHP because the company lives what they say – health and wellbeing is everything.”
As more data is collected on employee health, it has become clear that employees returned to work less healthy than they were pre-covid. Wellness has been cited as one of the most important factors by employees as they consider whether to stay in their current position or to leave for something different. Nelson’s deep experience in connecting wellness to employee engagement will help our partners and clients secure and retain their talent by bolstering their Culture of Health & Wellbeing.
