I offer a non-judgmental, confidential coaching environment where we can explore your strengths as well as roadblocks to health and wellness.  My experience as a population health manager, personal trainer, coach, mother and writer have given me a lot of life experience to coach from.  I view wellness from all angles! I have a passion for educating others about the benefits of leading a healthy lifestyle.

MY NUTRITION ADVICE

Three bites of dessert taste the same as the whole piece!  Savor each bite slowly, and throw the rest away!

EXERCISE TIP

I think of my day-to-day life as built-in exercise.  I take the stairs, park far away, and take deep cleansing breathes in the car when I’m driving.  Little by little it all adds up!  I also make sure I do one “self-care” act per week.  This is anything I choose that makes me feel good such as taking a yoga class or getting a massage.  If several weeks go by and I haven’t practiced this, I ask myself why and set a goal to get back on track as soon as possible.
