- I am an identical twin
- I grew up an “Army Brat”
- I completed a 70.3 Half-Iron Distance Triathlon to celebrate my 40th Birthday (with my twin!)

- I am not a fan of chocolate, but love Chai Tea Latte and all things cinnamon!
MY NUTRITION ADVICE
I believe the best approach to nutrition is balance with all things in moderation! Nutrition is embracing a lifestyle that promotes fueling one’s body and mind so that we can be the strongest, healthiest versions of ourselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
I am an advocate of incorporating physical activity into everyday tasks – park a little further away at work, walk an extra lap in the mall while shopping, take a walk with your family while catching up on the day, and so on. Being physically active is a lifestyle; put it on your calendar and commit to it just as any other task in your day. Don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, you never know what you may fall in love with. Find what your passion is and embrace it! If you don’t enjoy it today, how can you expect to sustain it for the long-term?
