I love getting to know people and helping them become a healthier and happier version of themselves. If I can help someone in any way and it has changed them for the better, than I know I have done what I have been called to do.
- Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavior from The University of Georgia
- I was a competitive gymnast for 15 years
- I have the cutest Australian Shepherd named Remy
- Kickboxing is my favorite exercise
MY NUTRITION ADVICE
Food should be enjoyed. Eating healthy doesn’t have to consist of bland food, spice it up – literally! It can change the way you eat!
Do something that is fun or find a distraction to make it feel like you aren’t exercising. Whether that is going outside for a walk, group exercise classes, or having that awesome playlist to keep you in the right mind. It makes a huge difference and can get you to push yourself even more.
