We have all been in a position of learning something new.  At first it can be a bit intimidating, but once you begin to understand the importance of health, you can make those positive changes and you can share this knowledge with your loved ones. I hope to be a resource that will benefit you in any way.

FUN FACTS

  • I love working out, specifically weight training!
  • I grew up in a family of six, three girls and three boys.
  • Studying to be a group training instructor with NASM.

MY NUTRITION ADVICE

You do not have to remove all the things you love from your diet.  Find healthier/nutrient dense options. For example, instead of cooking with corn oil try using coconut or olive oil. Trying new items can be fun!

EXERCISE TIP

Progress is not only based on the way you look. Exercising will help you get in a better mood and will help relieve some stress. This positive emotion will help you gain some motivation to keep going. One day at a time!

Lastly, when you look good you feel good. Throw on your favorite workout shirt, leggings, shorts, or cologne.  Whatever it is that brings you confidence!
