The wellness program and its activities has helped me to stay accountable with my own health goals.

Carla is an inspiration to her co-workers who have witnessed her transformation. Now, Carla now motivates her co-workers to make healthier choices. By losing 35 pounds, Carla not only improved her blood work, but went from a moderate risk level to a low risk level. She has been low risk ever since and is maintaining her healthy habits and lifestyle for 7 years now. She firmly believes that her healthy foundation helped her cope better and overcome her Cancer diagnosis back in 2015, making treatment and recovery easier for her.
